📦 Order Processing

  • Standard Products (Rugs, Poufs, Bags, etc.): Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We often ship even faster!
  • Custom-Made Rugs: Crafting a rug tailored to your unique specifications takes time and artistry. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your custom piece is ready to ship. We will keep you updated throughout the creation process.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

For our customers in the following countries, the price you see is the price you pay. We cover all customs duties and import taxes to ensure there are no surprise fees:

For all other countries, please be aware that your local customs office may apply import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

🔍 Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Track Your Order: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Wrong Address? Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@berberhandcrafts.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please don't worry. We are here to help!

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

We will work with you immediately to arrange a free return and send you a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
