📦 When Will My Order Ship?

  • Products: Moroccan Rugs / Poufs / Cushions

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (usually within 1 day)

In rare cases, delays may occur. If so, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping estimate.

🚚 Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
In some cases, we may upgrade your shipment to Express Shipping (FedEx or DHL) at no extra cost.

All shipments are door-to-door.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer if forwarded by the carrier to a local third-party partner.

🧾 Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes.

  • These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Berber Handcrafts is not liable for any such additional charges.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, no refund will be issued.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. No refund will be issued for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

📦 I Received a Wrong or Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days with:

If your customs office requests documents like an invoice or commercial invoice, you can find them in your account. Or contact us and we’ll send them to you directly.
