  • Leather Bags: We use buttery-soft, genuine leather combined with sections of authentic, handwoven Berber Kilim rugs, making each bag a unique piece of wearable art.

Are there any chemicals used?

Absolutely not. We honor the natural integrity of our materials. Our products are crafted using traditional techniques, completely free from harsh chemicals. They are gently washed multiple times using eco-friendly processes to ensure they arrive clean, safe, and ready to be enjoyed by you and your family.

How do I care for my product?

To ensure the longevity of your handcrafted item, please follow these simple care tips:

  • For Rugs & Poufs: We recommend using a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar (the rotating brush) to be gentle on the natural wool fibers. Please do not wash these items in a washing machine; for any spills, spot cleaning or consulting a professional rug cleaner is best.
  • For Leather Bags: Use a specialized leather or suede cleaner. For the Kilim rug sections, gently spot clean with a soft cloth, cold water, and a mild soap.

When will I receive my order?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. We then ship them with world-class carriers like DHL and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–5 business days to the USA.
  • 2–4 business days to the UK and Europe.
  • 4–6 business days to Canada.
  • 5–7 business days to Australia & New Zealand.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Do I have to pay import taxes?

What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer a simple and completely FREE 30-day return policy for our customers in the United States.

If you're not 100% happy, we cover the full cost of return shipping. Just email us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you a prepaid US return label. All we ask is that the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
