What materials are used in your products?
We use 100% natural wool in all our rugs, poufs, and pillows — no synthetic fibers or chemicals.
When will I receive my product?
After you place your order, we prepare it within 1–3 business days. Shipping is done via DHL and takes:
- 5–7 business days to the USA
- 7–9 business days to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand
- 4–6 business days to the UK and Europe

Can I use any vacuum on this product?
It’s best to use a vacuum without a beater bar, and no more than four times a month. Wool fibers are delicate and may shed with harsh treatment.
Are there any chemicals used?
No, we don’t use any chemicals. All products are washed several times before shipping to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Can I wash the rug or pouf in a machine?
No, we don’t recommend using a washing machine or dryer. Spot cleaning or using a professional rug cleaner is best.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
There are no import taxes for the USA, we cover them. For other countries, please check with your local customs office.
